The service was provided promptly and the service was more than they promised. The person doing the job said that because of some parts of the carpet being so dark, it might not be completely removed although he can make it lighter. Great customer service, the lady who booked us was very helpful and the gentlemen who came to our home did a great job, carpets are super clean and he was very knowledgeable on how to maintain our carpets and how to properly clean them throughout the year.

Our technician was extremely rude. Bad attitude and customer service. He did the job but was very rude guy. Also just left when he was done. Didn't tell us anything about the post treatment instructions or anything.

3/08/2024 They cleaned my carpets and because he was in a hurry, he neglected the most important part. You'll see from the pic below. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. No offer to come back and do what should have been done. I will never use them again.

I paid $250+ for 3 flights stairs, one room, a landing and in front of one door (a strip) and Im not happy
